Unlock your first L-sit 🙂 Anyone can learn this, anywhere. You don’t need crazy equipment or a complicated setup. Keep it simple and focus on consistency. You can use the floor. It’s harder, but it works. No parallettes? Use books or anything to elevate your hands and create space. Train it often, but match the intensity to your level. Don’t rush it. Build strength step by step. There is always a progression for you. Beginner or advanced, it doesn’t matter. There’s a step that fits your level. Follow this guide and you’ll get your first L-sit. Save this, try it, and thank me later.🥰 #Calixpert #calisthenics #calistheniccoach #Lsit

Unlock Your First Dip 💥 👇 Comment “GIFT” and I’ll send you a free 2-week beginner calisthenics program. Most people think the dip is basic. Two bars. Lower yourself. Press back up. How hard can it be? Then they try it. Their elbows flare out. Their shoulders pinch. They sink down and get stuck at the bottom. Sound familiar? Here’s what most people do next. They hop back on. Try again. Maybe add some push-ups to their routine. And hope that one day it just clicks. But it won’t. Because the dip isn’t about raw pushing power. It’s about how many small things fire at the right time. Shoulder stability. Scapular control. Elbow tracking. Core tension through the full range. And the strength to own the bottom position without collapsing. Skip any of those and you’ll keep hitting the same wall. But stack them in the right order? Train each piece with intention? That’s when everything changes. One day you lower yourself down and you just… come back up. Smooth. Controlled. No struggle. Not because you got lucky. Because you built it from the ground up. 👇 If you want a free 2-week beginner calisthenics program, comment “GIFT” and I’ll send you the access to it. #calisthenics #coaching #calixpert #calisthenicscoaching

Unlock Your First Toes-to-Bar 💥 👇 Comment “GIFT” and I’ll send you a free 2-week beginner calisthenics program. The toes-to-bar is one of those movements that looks simple. You see someone hanging from a bar. They lift their legs. Their toes touch the bar. And you think: “Yeah… I can probably do that.” Then you try it. And suddenly it feels way harder than expected. We get messages about this all the time. “Why can’t I get my toes to the bar?” Most people try the same thing. They hang on the bar. Swing their legs up. Try to kick their toes to the bar. Nothing happens. So they assume they just need stronger abs. But that’s rarely the real problem. A toes-to-bar isn’t just an ab exercise. It’s a chain of small strengths working together. Your grip strength. Your active hang. Your core compression. Your hip flexor strength. Your body tension. Miss one piece and the movement feels impossible. Build those pieces step by step, and suddenly your toes reach the bar. Not by luck. Not by guessing. But by following a progression that actually makes sense. That’s how beginners turn weakness into real strength. And that’s how the first toes-to-bar finally happens. 👇 If you want a free 2-week beginner calisthenics program, comment “GIFT” and I’ll send you the access to it. #calisthenics #coaching #calixpert #calisthenicscoaching

Unlock Your First Pull-Up / weighted pull up 💪 👇 Comment “CALI” and I’ll send you 7-day free access to our programs that help beginners turn weakness into real calisthenics strength. The pull-up is one of the most wanted skills in calisthenics. And one of the most frustrating. We get messages about it every week. “Why can’t I get my first pull-up?” Most people try the same thing. They jump to the bar. Pull as hard as they can. Nothing happens. So they assume they’re not strong enough. But that’s rarely the problem. After coaching calisthenics for almost 10 years, we’ve helped hundreds of people get their first pull-up. And the truth is simple. A pull-up isn’t one movement. It’s a chain of small strengths working together. Your grip. Your scapula control. Your lat strength. Your body tension. Miss one piece, and the pull-up feels impossible. Build those pieces step by step, and suddenly the pull-up appears. Not by luck. Not by guessing. But by following a progression that actually makes sense. That’s how beginners turn weakness into real strength. And that’s how the first pull-up finally happens. 👇 Comment “CALI” and I’ll send you the 7-day free access to our programs that turn beginners into strong calisthenics athletes.

Master Your First Handstand Push Up💪🏻 This video is a collaboration with an insanely strong athlete known for incredible body control and strength, @simonsterstrength A clean handstand push up looks powerful when others do it, but once you try it, you feel the truth. You lower down, lose control, collapse, try again, and wonder why it feels impossible to push back up. Here’s why: a handstand push up isn’t just about pressing strength. You need three main pieces working together, shoulder power, pushing stability, and body alignment. Your shoulders create the force, your stability muscles stop you from tipping, and your alignment keeps your body stacked so the press feels straight instead of shaky. If one piece is missing, you flare your elbows, lose balance, overarch, or fall out of the handstand. But when you train these areas the right way, everything gets smoother. You lower with control.
You press with power.
You stay balanced instead of fighting for survival. It might feel unreachable right now, but the right steps make strength and balance come fast. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to unlock your first handstand push up with confidence and control. #calisthenics #handstand #calixpert

Master Your First Freestanding Handstand

👇 Comment “CALI” and I’ll send you a 7-day free trial to our community that build real strength and real skills. A freestanding handstand looks easy when others do it, but once you try it, you feel the truth.

You kick up, wobble, fall, try again, fall again, and start wondering why it feels so hard to stay up. Here’s the reason: a handstand isn’t just about balance.

You need three main pieces working together, shoulder strength, core control, and body alignment.
Your shoulders keep you up, your core stops you from tipping, and your alignment keeps you straight instead of bending like a banana.

If one piece is missing, you overarch, bend your knees, fall forward, or fall backward.
But when you train these areas the right way, everything gets lighter.
You kick up smoother.
You stay up longer.
You start feeling like you’re stacking your body instead of fighting it.
It might feel impossible at first, but the right steps make progress come fast.

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to unlock your freestanding handstand with control and confidence.

Overcome the Fear of Falling in Handstand 🤸‍♂️
👇 Comment “CALI” and I’ll send you the link to our 16-week Handstand Masterclass. Let’s be honest, one of the biggest reasons people struggle with handstands isn’t strength or balance.
It’s fear.
 Fear of being upside down.

Fear of falling on your head or crashing on your back. And this fear is way more common than people think. Most just don’t talk about it, and it quietly holds them back from real progress.
Here’s the truth: if you’re scared of falling, you’ll never train with full confidence or proper form. Your body tenses up, your mind hesitates, and you can’t focus on control.
That’s why learning how to fall safely is one of the most important steps in mastering your handstand.
In this video, I’ll show you exactly how to practice falling so you stop fearing it and start owning it.
You’ll learn how to roll out, protect your neck and back, and build the kind of confidence that changes everything.
Because once you remove that fear, your training quality skyrockets.
You stop holding back.
You start balancing longer.
And suddenly, being upside down feels natural.

Unlock Handstand Against the Wall 🤸‍♂️

👇 Comment “CALI” and I’ll send you the link to our 16-week Handstand Masterclass.
Handstand is one of the most wanted skills in bodyweight training. We’ve had hundreds of people DM us about this exact skill.

And after coaching calisthenics for almost 10 years,
we’ve helped countless people finally get it.
 Here’s the thing:
Handstand isn’t just about strength.
Sure, you can muscle your way up and hold yourself for a second…
but true control comes from balance, awareness, and tension through your entire body.
From your fingertips all the way to your toes,
every muscle works together to keep you steady upside down. And that’s what makes this skill so special.

It’s not unattainable.
It’s not reserved for the “strong” or “flexible.”
It’s possible for anyone who has dedication, a plan, and a little patience.
So here’s a simple guide to unlock your first handstand hold against the wall.

A beginner-friendly path that anyone can follow, even if you’ve never put real pressure on your hands before.
Because you don’t need to just “kick up and hope for the best.”
You need a progression that makes sense.

Step by step.
From zero. Follow this, and your first controlled handstand will come faster than you think. 💪

From busy mom to strong busy mom.👩🏼
This is too good not to share.(We are proud)
@clarissaann4 joined our membership one year ago. At that time, she could barely do a few knee push-ups. Everything felt overwhelming and confusing, and she didn’t really know where to start.
But she decided to take that first step.

She joined, followed the plan, and stayed consistent, one workout at a time.
After just one month, things started to change.

She went from struggling with five knee push-ups to doing her very first full push-up, a moment that gave her confidence and belief that she could do more.
Fast forward to today, and Clarissa is doing over 20 push-ups, holding a handstand against the wall, and getting close to her first pull-up. She’s stronger, leaner, and more confident than ever before.
Sometimes her kids even join her during workouts, turning her training into something fun they do together.
Clarissa’s story is proof that you don’t need to be perfect when you start. You just need to start.

Because once you do, everything changes.
