Kelvin is a 2 years old male Canaan/Mix who weighs 64 pounds.
Meet Kelvin, a very unique pup with a sharp mind and endless snuggles! Kelvin resembles that of a Canaan dog in both his looks and his personality, but could be anything! It doesn’t matter, though. To us, he’s perfect!
Kelvin is a sweet, affectionate boy who looooves pets and will lean right into you for scratches. He will sometimes even hop up to ask for more attention, but is learning that he can ask for it in more appropriate ways. With an unknown background, Kelvin is still revealing his personality to us, but he gets braver (and goofier) every day!
Kelvin was transferred to us from another shelter, and they noted that he was very interested in chasing small animals. He played well with female dogs over there and could live with a compatible canine companion going forward. His suitability with children is unknown, so any interactions should be calm and closely supervised!
Smart, eager to please, and highly trainable, Kelvin lives off of snuggles, enrichment, and adventure, and can’t wait to have all those things with you! Come visit our lovely Kelvin today.
