Fuel tank/ boat helm crack repair
A unique design for an integrated fuel tank in the center console helm. Some prep really exposed how severe the crack was but we were able to TIG weld it up so that this boat can get back on the river and catching fish!

We have two 4 man duck hunting blinds for sale! These blinds have heavy duty lids, steps, and shelves. These lids are built to last a lifetime with a water runoff design. Steps placed on one end to make entry/ exit easy, and shelves down the entire length of the blind low enough to fit your biggest thermos and enough shells for the whole crew! Our first project completed entirely with our new @theo.laser laser welder. A grey/ black water holding tank for a houseboat with an internal spray line for cleaning. Something we’ve never been able to do was make the 10 foot long lid weld in ONE pass, front to back in one shot with absolutely no warping on the 1/8” aluminum lid! #weldeverydamnday #laser #laserwelding #alumunium #customized
Stainless steel destructive testing held up to the beating and a lot of it!
The stainless square had no cracks or any compromised welds after almost flattening it with the sledge. These laser welders are the real deal that seriously produce a high quality high strength weld.

Part 1 of ?
This truck build will be a few post but for part 1 you can see we’ve taken a truck @mjbweldingsupply picked up and took the old bed off and had another brought in for it’s makeover. We cut the deck in half where we wouldn’t need to modify the doors, 1 in the back 2 up front. After cutting the deck we prepped it and welded a bolt plate to front side and a tube to the back for support. After the plate and tube were on we welded bolts for studs so that we can take this bed back apart without cutting. After that we coped a channel and tacked in as the frame for the new section. Another semi trailer deck overhaul for @mjbweldingsupply . Cut the folding deck off and added another one of our custom steel diamond plate deck and steps with extra support gussets welded to the frame and car bumper. A quick repair job for @calfire_butteco rig. We built a steel door with an aluminum interior cover panel to match all other 3, luckily the latch we were able to reuse. As they are, we’re always here for your emergency repairs!

Part 2 of MJB box trailer
After the deck we masked off and prepped all the orange on the trailer to be painted white before wrap. Once the rest of the trailer was all white we went onto building custom cone holders, new mud flaps, new signage along trailer, and one top crossmember we replaced and the roof got a protective coating applied. The final product after wrap looks amazing and we’re glad to have got another box truck in service for them!
