When I started my career in 2009, I did not start originally as a strategy professional. But I was focused and determined to switch to strategy - the original career path I wanted. My journey saw me switching career paths twice before eventually settling into the strategy career - first as an SAP tech marketing professional and afterwards a tax and immigration consultant with KPMG.
My switch into strategy saw me starting afresh at PwC, and that hard reset became the driving force that saw me working extra double to ensure I caught up with the years I lost for starting again twice. Ofcourse, the rest as they say is history. Today, we at @caladiumconsulting advise governments, business leaders, startups, growth phase businesses and SMEs across Africa and beyond, and no matter how difficult it gets, the passion and the journey keeps me going.
I don’t know who needs to read this, but its never too late to press a hard reset and start again on what you really want to do.

Due to our long-standing passion for SME development, it was a great moment to join the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund at the Agege MSME Capacity Building Programme Graduation Ceremony.
