The production team behind the upcoming short film ‘Odette’ are pleased to announce two additions to its creative team.
Newcomer Alexander J Coop
@xander_coop has joined the cast. He brings a dynamic screen presence and emotional depth to the ensemble as the film’s antagonist, joining Carole Le Clanche

Behind the scenes, Rebecca Doherty
@rebeccadohertymusic.film also joins the project as Co-Producer through her company Cantilena Pictures
@cantilenapictures and as Composer, contributing to the film’s production and its original score. Rebecca previously teamed with Old Lamp through the co-production with Verve Bee Media
@vervebeemedia and Move Mountain Productions on Tudor murder mystery pilot ‘Prig’.
“Bringing Alexander and Rebecca onto ‘Odette’ is a huge step forward for us,” said Director / Producer Mike Archer. “Alexander’s talent as an actor and Rebecca’s dual expertise in production and composition will greatly elevate the film. Part of the core of this story is exploring the emotional depth of these characters and both Alexander and Rebecca bring that in their respective fields.”
Also joining the production, frequent Old Lamp collaborator Dominic Ross
@dominic.ross.77 , fresh off the success of his directorial debut ‘Border’, which is wrapping up it’s festival run, will bring his sound talents to the production.
ABOUT ODETTE
‘Odette’ is an upcoming short film; heavily inspired by the heroic true story and exploits of operative Odette Sansom and dedicated to all the brave men and women of the S.O.E. An ordinary French woman, working as a spy in Nazi occupied France, undertakes a mission that could turn the tide of the war. In the Allies favour.
