Bazen çalışmanın ortasında bir an geliyor ve kendi kendine diyorsun ki:
Vay… bu pasta gerçekten çok farklı oldu.
Sanki bir resim tablosuna dönüşüyor. 🎨
Şekerli Çiçekler ve renkler yan yana yerini buldu,
ve yavaş yavaş bu renkli bahçe pastanın içinden doğdu.
Açıkçası…bittiğinde birkaç dakika sadece ona baktım.
Bazı pastalar gerçekten sadece pasta değildir,
birer sanat eseridir. ✨

Sometimes in the middle of the process, there’s a moment when you say to yourself,
wow… this cake turned out really different🤩
It feels like it’s turning into a framed painting. 🎨
The sugar flowers and the colors found their place next to each other,
and little by little this colorful garden bloomed from the cake.
Honestly…when it was finished, I just stood there looking at it for a few minutes.
Some cakes really aren’t just cakes,
they’re works of art. ✨

گاهی وسط کار، یک لحظه با خودت میگی ووی این کیک دیگه خیلی متفاوت شد و داره یه تابلوی نقاشی میشه.
گلای شکری و رنگا کنار هم نشستن و کمکم این باغ رنگی از دل کیک بیرون آمد.
وقتی کار تموم شد چند دقیقه خیره بهش فقط نگاش میکردم.
واقعا بعضی کیکا فقط کیک نیستن✨
اینم بگم من این روزا به خاطر مردم کشورم ایران اصلا یه آدم با یه حس و حال دیگم و همه سعیمو میکنم که خودمو ،حال خرابمو پشت این لحظه ها مخفی کنم و به سختی ادامه میدم چون ما ناچاریم به زندگی کردن
