✨ A special place needs your support! ✨ 25 years ago, Transnormal opened its doors – back then without a terrace, only with bars on the window facing the courtyard. But the community’s “paradise birds” didn’t want to stay in a cage any longer. With love, courage, and craftsmanship, they built a small terrace that has since hosted hundreds of joyful hours filled with community and visibility. 💜 Today, this terrace is at risk of collapsing due to vandalism. To ensure Transnormal can continue to exist, it needs support – because this place is indispensable for Frankfurt: 🏳️‍⚧️ Safe space: A place where trans people are welcomed and acceptance is a given. 🤝 Community & support: Exchange, advice, and mutual help. 🌈 Visibility & education: Events and cultural programs foster encounters and understanding. ❤️ Wellbeing & quality of life: A place where people feel at home and part of a community. 🙏 Every donation tonight at the entrance at CAKE – big or small – helps renew the “living room under the open sky” and secure Transnormal’s future. @transnormal_events
