Caitlyn Silk, BCBA ♥️ Four years ago I started Cait’s Crew during one of the most uncertain and difficult times in my life. I didn’t have everything figured out . I just knew I wanted to build something meaningful and keep moving forward. The journey since then hasn’t been easy. There were setbacks, moments of doubt, and even failing the BCBA exam twice. But I kept going, even when the path felt long and unclear. As of February 14, 2026 , I can finally say I am a BCBA. This is almost a decade in the making! Looking back, I never imagined I would make it to this moment, and it means more to me than words can fully capture. Every challenge along the way shaped the strength it took to get here.
