Hi, Iām Caitā and if youāre new here, welcome šš
With all of the exciting updates, I thought I would share a little reintroduction.
I wear two hats around here:
š Wedding and portrait photographer
š· Photography educator and coach
I photograph joyful wedding days for couples who want to feel present, comfortable, and fully themselves...
And I help photographers grow their businesses through coaching, templates, and resources built from my real workflows.
Whether youāre planning your wedding or building your business, you donāt have to do it alone. Iām here to help š
Everything I offer is linked in my bio āØ
Thanks for being here, friends! If we havenāt met yet, drop me a DM to introduce yourself!
Two kinds of images from the same wedding day, and both matter. š
One is the version where you forgot a photographer was even there. The other is the version where you knew exactly where to look.
Candid moments tell the truth. Portraits let you live in it. The best galleries have both, and that balance act is something I think about and begin anticipating from the moment your inquiry lands in my inbox.

We all know dogs at weddings are pretty much my love language, but if yours canāt be there in person, just know ā they can still be there.
Theyāre in the notes youāre writing to your wedding party at 11pm while they snooze on your feet. Theyāre in the signature drink named after them and the little custom stirrers that make your guests smile when they notice. Theyāre in the moment your spouse mentions your morning walks and how you always know when they need a little ear scratch mid-vow... and letās be honest, theyāre probably tucked somewhere into your wedding day attire too if your pup sheds like mine.
They donāt have to be present to still be part of it, promiseāØ
Saturday can really just be summed up as the best day ever. Emily and Josh are officially married, and when I tell you their joy is infectious... I can guarantee youāll be smiling from ear to ear scrolling through their preview. They were married in their home church, toasted under a canopy of roses as a harpist played Taylor Swift covers, and danced well into the night surrounded by all of their favorite people.
In short? It was one of those days that you could live over and over again and never tire of. A few sneak peeks to tide you over ātil their blog post is live. I cannot wait to share more from this day š

Morocco. Still living rent-free in my brain š
Maybe itās the mint tea Iāve recently made a daily ritual or the fact that I havenāt been able to find a Medjool date in the grocery store that tastes as good as the ones in the desert (No but really... why do they all taste like raisins in the US?), but Iāve been missing it latelyā the light, the color, the way everything felt a little more magical, especially during golden hour.
Iāve been heads down in client work and wedding season prep since I got back, but these frames have been asking to exist somewhere beyond a hard drive. Iām starting to think a limited print collection might just be the answer. Curious if you think so too? š
Fun fact: picking this preview cover took me a solid thirty minutes... Every single frame from Saturday made me smile so big.
Alicia and Amanda were married at Guilford Hall this weekend, and their day had an energy thatās impossible to manufacture ā brimming with joy, full of heart, completely surrounded by people who love them just as hard as they love each other. You could feel it. Thinking back on it... there really are just no words š„¹

Sure, the big moments are beautiful to photograph⦠but the in-between moments?
The laughs, the quick glances, the tiny squeezes of a hand, or the big moves on the dance floor. The moments you canāt script but can absolutely feel when you look back through your photos.
Iāve started calling these gallery glimmers, and more often than not, they end up being the photos you treasure forever. āØ
Sometimes I just have to pause and say⦠wow. I get to photograph love for a living. š I get to make people smile, build community, and share what I loveā all as my JOB?! šāØ Itās pretty wild, and honestly? Iām so grateful for it every single day.
Anyone else get a āpinch meā moment about their work too? šāāļø
The dress⦠the cutie couple⦠and blossoms in peak bloom?! šøāØ Yeah, Iām unwell ššš
My morning with Nikki & Matt started with caffeine and ended under the dreamiest canopy of spring magic⦠and honestly, what more could I ask for?
We made a little pre-session stop at @artifactcoffee (before they even openedā shoutout to the most amazing team who made it happen! š«¶), eased into the morning with some sips + games, and then headed over to Fort McHenry for the main event: cherry blossoms!
And whew⦠this blossom season has been a journey. Every single Yoshino bloom session got rescheduled this year (yes, every. single. one. š ) but I swear, these fluffy pink divas are worth every bit of calendar chaos.
Feeling extra grateful for the kind of clients who roll with it, trust the process, and donāt mind a very active text chain dedicated to blossom status updates šøš²
Nikki & Matt might have had a misty, chilly morning, but ended up with the blossoms completely to themselves. If you know, you KNOW what the blossoms usually looks like during peak bloom⦠you know I was in photographer heaven. š
SO much more to come from my morning with these cuties!
Three months of coaching⦠on me šāØ
If youāve been š¤this-closeš¤ to getting support, asking questions, or actually going after your photography goalsā hi, this is your sign.
Iām gifting 3 months inside my coaching membership to one photographer š«¶
Think:
⨠real-time Voxer support
⨠a space to ask anything
⨠guidance that actually moves the needle
If it feels a little scary to put yourself out there⦠youāre exactly who this is for š
Apply at the link in my bio (+ Iāll drop it in my stories too āØ)
Iāll be reaching out to finalists by the end of the week, so donāt wait to drop your details.
Swipe for some spring magic šøāØ
No but truly⦠picking sneak peeks from my morning with Drew & Andrew felt nearly impossible because every moment was that good. So. much. FUN.
We started at Fort McHenry wrapped in a little mist and fog, wandering through blossom-filled paths before ending along the waterfront with those dreamy skyline views. And while every spot was absolutely jaw-dropping⦠the most special part was how these two lit up every single time they looked at each other š„¹
This session has been a long time coming, but wowāthis morning felt exactly like it was meant to be. Peak blooms, a little misty magic (and smaller crowds š), and two people so clearly, effortlessly in love š
More to come from our time together!
We spent sunset searching for shark teeth (we found four!!), laughing a lot, and frolicking through THE most delicious golden light. I just adore Lizzy and Matt and cannot WAIT to share more with you from our perfect evening on the shores of Ponte Vedra Beach with you š
More to come soon, yāall!
