A few years post Seattle and Satori, now solidly into my thirties, I decided it was finally time to take some new pictures. A few months after that, I’m finally getting around to sharing some of them. Thanks to @delainedacko for making me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. And to @laraelobdell whose @inscapearts shots served me so well for so long. Bye bye baby Caitlin! We’ll always have those bangs.

Said goodbye to this sweet little duplex where I did so much loving and learning and crying and growing. Grateful for my Seattle fam who, in the face of so much change, still make the city feel like home.
Feeling sunny on this dreary day thinking back to four years ago when these babes gathered our friend fam in Hawaii for a perfect party and even had the decency to laugh at my jokes. #tbt

Who spent months lobbying my parents to baptize me so he could be my godfather. And probably so he could wear this tux. Who instilled in me early that “the fun is in the fight.” Who taught me so much in life and again in death. My grief is now older than I was when John died. It’s a teenager! It’s driving a car! Headed out on its own! Still loving. Still learning.
