Today we say goodbye to Max, our beloved dog who we rescued seven years ago.
Max came into our lives in 2019, after being found on the street, lost or possibly abandoned. What was meant to be a temporary home until we find him a new family quickly became his forever home.
Max has been battling a tumor, and after months of treatment we simply couldn’t let him go. From that moment, we knew he was meant to stay with us.
Many of you might remember him for his sudden, unstoppable barking whenever someone approached the store. It was his favorite game, and the way he kept himself entertained while the shop was open.
Tomorrow, for the first time in years, the garden will be quiet.
We hope you’re in a better place now.
