We’re delighted to share a new partnership with St Giles House in Dorset. A Grade I listed estate set within rolling parkland, and one of the most atmospheric country houses in the South West. With its layered history, graceful rooms, and sense of intimacy, it’s a space made for gatherings that feel both grand and personal. We can’t wait to bring our menus to life here, crafting experiences that honour the house, the season, the season and the stories at the heart of every gathering. Dorset, we’re ready. #caigerandco #newvenuepartner

Spring is very nearly sprung and designing a spring menu begins the same way it always does for us… not with a finished dish, but with what’s arriving at its absolute best. As the season turns, the plates become lighter, brighter and more alive with contrast. This series continues to break each dish apart so you can see the thinking behind it: Grilled sourdough crostini layered with asparagus at its peak, peppery watercress and a truffle emulsion, lifted by English peas and scattered with delicate borage flowers. Lamb rump paired with blistered leeks and silky burrata from Le Latteria, balanced by sweet romano peppers and a smoky chipotle salsa. Elderflower and vanilla panna cotta set against poached and shaved rhubarb, finished with a whisper of rose water, sharp, floral and unmistakably spring. #spring #springmenu #catering #menuplanning

Last week we had the pleasure of catering the launch of @duke_of_london new space at the @thebrentfordriviera , a beautifully restored waterside venue banks of the Thames. Industrial and modern, it was the perfect setting for an evening of classic cars, conversation, and delicious food. Guests were welcomed with Lobster Arancini & Aperol Aioli, Duck Sandos with Kewpie & Spring Onions, Whipped Aged Cheddar with Honey Gel & Grilled Brioche, before moving onto Caiger Fried Chicken Burgers and Sweetcorn Fritters with Smashed Avocado & Pickled Chilli. A special launch for a truly unique London venue. 📍 Duke of London

Come with us to visit @royalhospitalchelsea A perk of prepping for an upcoming event meant a quick venue tour for some of the Caiger team. This incredible venue literally has everything, including a pub (exclusively for the pensioners)! A truly historic and beautiful venue 🤍

An evening of quiet charm and timeless storytelling. We were delighted to cater for Peter Harrington at their Dover Street store to celebrate 100 years of Winnie the Pooh. It was a beautifully considered gathering featuring a refined selection of character-inspired canapés and honeyed cocktails. Canapés included: The Christopher Robin - whipped aged cheddar, honey gel, chive, grilled brioche Just like Rabbit - vegan burrata, spiced carrots, crispy cone An Eeyore simple treat - parmesan basket, cream cheese, fried artichoke Pink like Piglet - seared tuna, pink peppercorn shortbread, sesame, soy Winnie’s Treat - a delicate vanilla and honey macaron A truly special occasion, thoughtfully curated and quietly shared. #londoncaterer #mayfair #londonevents #corporateevents #eventdesign

Quiet moments from the Caiger allotment… The sounds of London gently unfolding in the background, spring in the air, and fresh, home-grown produce emerging from the ground. A moment to pause and take in the natural rhythm of an urban garden where city life softens, and nature quietly takes its place. A reminder of what grows when we stay close to the land, even here. #allotment #urbangardens #localproduce #caterer

Episode 2 - why we switched? Choosing partners and suppliers means choosing to work with people who share our values around quality, transparency and doing things with purpose. That’s why we love Girls Who Grind ☕️ An all-female roastery sourcing 100% of their coffee from women producers, helping to bring more visibility to the people behind the process in an industry where they’re often overlooked. As a female-founded business, supporting others who are challenging the norm and creating space for women is something that really matters to us. For us, it’s not just about what we serve. It’s about who we choose to work with, and the impact that has. We’re proud to partner with people who care as much about how things are made as we do. #suppliers #specialtycoffee #femalefounded #womeninbusiness

A legacy, beautifully lived in. We’re proud to share that we’re now a catering partner at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, one of London’s most distinguished historic settings. With its sweeping grounds, timeless architecture and deep-rooted sense of heritage, it’s a venue that carries both elegance and meaning in every corner. From refined garden receptions to grand celebrations within its storied walls, it offers a setting that feels both stately and deeply personal. @eventsrhc @royalhospitalchelsea #caigerandco #royalhospitalchelsea #londonevents #newvenuepartner

For this edition of Gathering Stories, the brief began not with ingredients, but with fragrance. For the launch of Out of the Blue, Strange Heavens, every element of the evening was designed to translate scent into experience. Notes of coffee, jasmine, cocoa and orange blossom became our palette, shaping the menu, guiding the cocktails, and influencing the atmosphere from first sip to final bite. Each dish was created as an extension of the scent story, layering flavour in the same way a fragrance unfolds on the skin. The result was an evening where food and perfume spoke the same language. Immersive, expressive, and deeply sensory.
