Just completed a half marathon! šāāļøšŖ It was tough and painful, especially those last 3 miles, but also incredibly rewarding. I learned so much about the tricks my mind can play and the astounding resilience of the body. Iām thrilled to share that I smashed two big goals today:
Raised Ā£350 for the Alzheimerās Society, soaring 40% past my initial goal of Ā£250, all in honor of my grandpa Antonio. ā¤ļø
Finished the 21km in under 1:45, averaging 5 minutes per km!
