We're ecstatic to unveil the 6th Volume of our Bakes&Bakers series!
For the month of May we have three lovely bakes available for a limited time only, carefully crafted and lovingly made by our in house bakers 👩🍳
First on the menu, we have a gorgeous Basque Cheesecake 🍰 it's beautifully rich and creamy and pairs perfectly with a cuppa!
Next we have colorful Pistachio, Raspberry, and White Chocolate cookies 🍪 they're sweet, tart, and tasty and taste just like Summer!
Last but not least is our Orange and Chocolate Loaf 🍊🍫 and it's a delicious union of these two ingredients, delicately swirled all throughout the loaf!
These goods are available across all our Rocksalt locations for the month of May only, be sure to stop in and give them a taste test!

🥗 Buddha Bowl! Roasted butternut and sweet potato in a mild madras sauce, served with rice, a crisp fennel and red cabbage slaw, avocado, and our house pickles. All finished with dukkah and mixed seeds
🥪 Chicken Stuffing Sandwich! Locally sourced free-range Chicken Breasts marinated in a Herby mix of fresh Thyme & Rosemary, Served with super food Cranberry and mixed Nut Stuffing on a bed of Lolo Rosso Lettuce with Caesar dressing on an open Sourdough Toast
🥞 Sweet Pancake Stack! Our signature fluffy pancakes are served up with whipped vanilla yoghurt and cream, fresh mixed berries, chocolate soil and a good drizzling of maple syrup
🥑 Avocado Smash! Toasted brown sourdough, topped with smashed avocado, baby spinach, beetroot hummus, marinated cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion and poached eggs.
☕ Rocksalt Coffee! Our signature house blend of artisanal coffee beans from from Brazil, Sumatra & Kenya gives you flavours of ethically sourced arabica beans. Using a combination a combination of Natural, washed fermentation and Giling Basah processes, we have worked to curate a flavour blend of vanilla sweetness, lemon like acidity & apricot notes

First up the bakers have produced an absolute belter of a baked cheesecake, 🍒 black cherry compote makes this one sing.
Next is the Passionfruit Cake ❤️🔥, light and fluffy passionfruit mousse alrernating with delectable sponge, all enrobed in Italian meringue
Last, but anything but least, is the phenomenal upside down pistachio Baklava Cake. Moist orange-infused sponge topped with sticky crunchy pistachio 🥮
