This is step one in bringing the coffee community together in Stockholm, and we all need to share if we want to be successful. Gastronomy Awards 2026! I’m truly honoured to have nominations amongst the top 10 baristas and coffee places in Sweden - each nominé are raising the bar for the Swedish coffee industry in different ways - congratulations to you all! It’s an unbelievable yet amazing feeling that @nordicbrewlab won the awards for ”best coffee experience in Sweden 2026”. I want to thank everyone who voted for us, it really shows that the work we put in to our coffee is noticed and highly appreciated- I am very proud of our team and every person involved who made this possible, thank you for making this a reality! And to all our guests, thank you for contributing not only with your votes, but with your presence at our bar, making that unique, intimate yet nerdy and curious atmosphere come to life! Also, big congratulations to @julia_bergenstrale for winning the awards as ”the favorite barista in Sweden 2026”. Julia isn’t only a charming person who’s one of the best latte artists in Sweden, but also our store manager and a good friend of mine. This award is so well deserved and I’m very proud of you! Congratulations to you @anicabrach , our Malmö-manager and a good friend, and @baristapierre my co-founder and mentor, for making it to the top 10 in Sweden - you’ve really built an amazing team together 💪 I also want to thank everyone who voted for me and @cafepascal Sturegatan as their favorite barista/coffee experience in Sweden - that we got so many votes placing second in both categories is also very heartwarming. I also want to thank every person part of the Pascal team, who consistently makes it possible to deliver a service that is cherrished by so many! With that said, I’m a very blessed man to be involved in both of @cafepascal (running daily operations) and @nordicbrewlab (co-founder). I get to work with such a big network of amazing people and I appreciate every single one of you!
