Gisteren stonden wij in een heel leuk artikel in Het Parool over de gemberbolus en waar je dit echte oud-Amsterdamse gebak nog kunt vinden - bij ons dus! Wij maken onze gemberbolus met amandelspijs en kardemom: heerlijk zacht en boterig, met precies dat beetje pit van de gember. Kom langs, proef en ervaar een stukje geschiedenis.

• experience in and understanding of baked goods
• 10 - 16 hours per week
• available 1 weekend day
• enjoys doing many tasks of a bakery kitchen including baking off, setting and shaping dough, making cookies, making condiments from scratch, doing tickets, mise en place, making lemonades for the front
• enjoys working independently
• is interested in contributing ideas to the menu
