Yesterday, something simple and meaningful happened.
A guy I play tennis with—someone I’d call a friend, but don’t know all that well—reached out after seeing we launched a Pro-Shop in the CWHQ. He wanted to come in and get his putter done and shop.
That part isn’t unusual.
What stood out was his intention.
The way he showed up with genuine excitement—for the brand, the company, and for me. The way he chose to support, in his own way, without being asked. He made a point to be our first customer in the shop.
This is what community looks like.
Not just proximity, but people choosing to show up for each other.

We are excited to announce the opening of our Club Customization Bar + Pro Shop. A space built to connect with the Kansas City community, better understand how to provide the best service for our @caddywrap wholesale partners, and support the brands we love in the industry.
Located in Brookside, this will be an appointment first experience with limited hours, designed to be intentional, personal, and hands-on.
