From 19th–21st May, you’ll find us in our Caddick + Moda Pavilion, bringing together industry voices to share ideas, spark discussions, and explore new opportunities across the sector. We’re proud to have supported Emmaus Salford by helping tidy up the area outside their home and charity shop in Pendleton 🌿 It was a really meaningful day for our team - not just making a visible difference, but also taking time to speak with people at the charity. Hearing about the often-overlooked essentials, like having a phone or personal ID, was a powerful reminder of the realities many face. Dave Saville, our Managing Director commented: “Spending time at Emmaus Salford was a rewarding experience for our team, and it was great to get involved and make a visible difference to a space that will support wellbeing and bring people together. Hearing directly from those involved with the charity about the realities of homelessness reinforces why partnerships like this matter. We’re proud to support Emmaus Salford and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.” #CommunitySupport #EmmausSalford #MakingADifference #TeamImpact

🏗️Site Visit at Chorlton Baths We were pleased to host a site visit at our Chorlton Baths project, arranged by our supply chain partner PLF Ltd Brickwork. Brickwork students, along with Chris Griffiths from Salford City College Group, toured the site and learned more about the building process, materials, and the day-to-day of delivering a live construction project. At Chorlton Baths, we’re delivering 50 HAPPI-designed apartments across two five-storey buildings, providing high-quality, age-friendly homes for the local area. #Construction #SiteVisit #HAPPI #NorthWest #Manchester

To celebrate #NationalApprenticeshipWeek2026, we hosted a special Apprentice Lunch at Headingley Stadium, bringing together apprentices from Caddick Construction and Caddick Civil Engineering. Apprentices shared experiences, built connections, and took part in a Dragons’ Den-style challenge, pitching ideas to senior leaders including Paul Dodsworth, Sue Currey, Steve Ford, Paul Ellenor, and our Social Value Managers, who offered guidance and insights. A fantastic way to celebrate the talent, ambition, and fresh thinking our apprentices bring 🎓✨ #nationalapprenticeshipweek #apprentices #construction #futuretalent

At the end of last year, twenty colleagues from our North West team attended the North West Construction Health & Safety Group’s Mock Prosecution in Liverpool - a realistic courtroom simulation led by experienced barristers and HSE inspectors, based on a case study involving a workplace fatality. The exercise provided a valuable insight into the potential consequences of health and safety failures, reinforcing the importance of robust procedures across all sites. Taking part in initiatives such as this supports our ongoing commitment to learning and continuous improvement, enabling our teams to reflect on best practice and further strengthen our safety culture. Paul Dodsworth, our Group Managing Director, commented: “In our industry, health and safety are our absolute priority, and all the great work we do is only ever possible when we look after each other on site. This means reflecting on our practices, understanding risks and constantly reviewing how we do things. Collaborating with our peers is really valuable for sharing best practice, and helps ensure we continue to set and meet very high standards in health and safety." Thank you to the North West Construction Health & Safety Group for delivering such an important and informative event. #construction #healthandsafety #mockprosecution
