The more I honor my need to touch the earth and allow myself to just be, the more I feel peace. Always just a breath and a few steps away. Meditation in the most curious of places, a graveyard under a tree by where I’m slowly tending a community garden. Always be open to life, like a blossoming lotus. 🪷
🛎️ Tapped into the power of my voice today through a vocal workshop journey of When Women Wail, which @rebeccaelatiki offered at @awakenings_wellness_center . I was thrilled to sing in solidarity. It was as though the roaring waters of a river channeled through me ::: pouring of ancient wisdom and blood, connecting me to Pachamama, to my roots deep within my soul, connecting me to all of our voices as a collective. I love when this happens. 🩵 I sing from spirit with my drum in solace often, so this was really validating that my expression is a way of ancient passage and the desire within me arose to use my voice that honors all of me. A beautiful call of return to place. Thank you Rebecca. 🐚
💗 GRATEFUL for this nourishment, and this beautiful morning. We get to take really good care of our bodies in order to live our best life in flow with our soul calling in the Universe. It’s not easy, sometimes we mess up, or are really hard on ourselves, but each day is a new beginning, a chance to rededicate ourselves… TO BE. 🐚 🙏🏼

It’s been a wildjourney these last few weeks with a lot of new beginnings, and finding Megan Diana’s @hellomegandiana music a few weeks ago up at @troutlakehall was magic! She was throwing down some good dreamy country disco vibes this weekend at @lavernespdx 💛 Also happy to have met her good friend John at the show, and found out whom they were in a band together awhile back too. Cool people. Love making new music friends, making music, and dancing to music… music is my favorite language of the soul 🌀
