Wellbeing in the Workplace 💙✨
Today was a refreshing day, working alongside a forward-thinking team who are genuinely investing in the wellbeing of their people 🥹
There’s something incredibly powerful about seeing organisations create space for resilience, connection, and nervous system regulation in the workplace — not just talking about wellbeing, but actively prioritising it 💪🏻
It was amazing to watch the team embrace the session, step outside their comfort zones, and experience the benefits of cold water immersion through energy, laughter, calmness, and teamwork ⭐️
One of the highlights was seeing everyone engage with the interactive Stress Bucket demonstration, creating meaningful conversations around stress management, emotional load, and the importance of healthy coping strategies both inside and outside of work ✨
Cold water 💙 Clear minds 💙 Connected teams.
For me, this marks a huge step into the world of Corporate Wellbeing — the first of many to come. A huge thank you to Kirsty and the team at Home to Highland. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we loved delivering it 💙

Our Bring a Beginner session was everything we hoped for 💙✨
From the moment it began, the energy was incredible — full of first-time bravery, uplifting support, and plenty of cold-water joy 🥹
Seeing everyone encourage one another and embrace the experience so wholeheartedly was so inspiring. It’s moments like these that make us so proud of this community ❤️
We truly hope you left the water feeling energised, accomplished, and proud of yourselves for stepping outside your comfort zone ✨
