My beautiful client who has been coming to me for a couple years now wanted a change. Something that felt fresh, angular, edgy, noticeably different without losing a lot of length or making her styling routine more difficult. I often see my clients go from wanting defined elongated curls to more volume and embracing a bit of frizz (it’s the most exciting thing ever 🤭 so excited for this new hair chapter for her! We will be working on slowly growing out the pieces around her face to support a stronger perimeter!

Disconnection can be super frustrating! On one hand we see our hair super long but there can be a lot of see through areas or we’re missing the fullness all the way to the perimeter that we want to see. It had been years since my clients last cut so her growth was also hitting a plateau due to breakage. Connecting her layers and cleaning up all her ends has now allowed her to have more ease when styling her own hair.
