Cant believe Iâll soon be closing my 5th year doing this. Capturing the liveliness of Torontoâs food industry has been such an exciting and challenging journey.
Thank you, so much, to all the chefs, creative directors, business owners, pr agencies, etc. that took a chance on me and my craft. To all the creatives, photographers, stylists who encouraged me to keep going when the downsides of freelancing showed their horns. To all the coaches, internet gurus, and video creators who were kind enough to share their knowledge on the internet. And of course, to all my friends and family who have carried me through these years with their love, support, grace, and willingness to listen to my many (âŚmanyâŚ) rants, meltdowns, and frustrations.
2025 has been a rollercoaster to say the least. But looking back on these images has shown me how much growth Iâve made. Truly couldnât have done it without you all. Iâm so grateful for your patience and kindness throughout.

Three things learnt form this Walnut & Date Bar recipe: â

1. The recipe has both baking powder & baking soda. That pan is way too small. It did in fact overflow. I did have to frantically fan my smoke alarm. It got crazy and I eventually forgot I was filming and didnât capture the finished product. â
â
2. Donât film your first attempt at a recipe. Will I do it again? Probably. But Iâve re-confirmed that its a bad idea. â
â
3. Just because it sounds like it could be healthy doesnât mean it is. This is not. And once youâve made peace with that, have it with ice cream. â

Colour grading is hard and Iâm not close to figuring it out. At all. Yet. â
