APEX ATX 2026.
What started as a vision from Tim Riley right here in Austin turned into a proving ground for athletes across the city.
Competitors showed up with one goal — to test themselves. Speed, strength, endurance, and grit all on display in a day built for those who train with purpose.
It was incredible to see so many familiar faces from the C4 Performance Center family out there competing, pushing limits, and representing the culture we’ve built inside these walls.
Events like APEX give athletes something real to train for — and this year, Austin showed out.
Huge respect to everyone who stepped on the field and gave it everything.
The bar has officially been set.

WHIPPED with Coach Anna. If you’ve taken her class, you know —the energy is real from the start. She pushes you, keeps you moving, and doesn’t let you coast.
It’s strength, cardio, circuits…
but more than anything, it’s the way she coaches.
High energy.
Real accountability.
A room that works.
February at the C4 Performance Center. 🔥
From product launches to elite training sessions, the Performance Center was at the center of it all this month.
The heat was turned up with the launch of C4 Mango Fuego right here at the Performance Center. The event brought together the C4 family and even welcomed NASCAR standout Jesse Love, one of the sport’s youngest rising stars, who came through to show love for his C4 team.
Race season energy was also in the air as the Austin Marathon brought the community together once again. From race day preparation to activation moments with the C4 family, it was all about supporting each other and celebrating the grind.
Back inside the facility, Boss Everline returned home and brought his signature energy, joining forces with our own Coach Brittni Johnson for a Pilates session that pushed the room and kept the energy high.
And of course, when Tim Riley calls, the legends answer. The Performance Center hosted a powerhouse workout featuring Blaine McConnell, Judd Leindhart, and Ben Simons, bringing elite athletes together for another unforgettable training session.
From launches to legends, February was packed with moments that show what the C4 Performance Center is all about — community, performance, and bringing the best together.

Strength. Power. Precision.
Coach Marcello Natale took his client through a posterior-chain focused session designed to build explosive strength from the ground up. Every movement had a purpose — priming the nervous system, generating power, and finishing with serious strength.
Here’s how the session unfolded:
1. OM Walks (Cable Resistance)
3 sets × 10 yards — increasing resistance each set
2. Hurdle Hops → Med Ball Throws
3 rounds of hurdle hops
3 rounds of med ball throws
Priming explosive power before the main lift
3. Deadlifts
Worked up to a PR: 7 reps at 495 lbs
4. Barbell RDL
3 sets × 8 reps
5. Single Arm Row Machine
3 sets × 6 reps
6. Vertical Pulldown
3 sets × 6 reps
7. Finisher Superset
EZ Bar Curls — Triple Drop Set (8 reps each)
Ab Wheel Rollouts — 10 reps
SkiErg Sprint — 100 meters
This is the level of intentional programming and coaching you get when you train with coaches like Marcello Natale at C4 Performance Center.
Train with purpose. Train with the best.

By the Book with Sandy Brockman
When it comes to big lifts, understanding which muscles are doing the work can change everything.
In this installment of By the Book, Sandy breaks down how to recognize the difference between glute-dominant and quad-dominant movement patterns, and how small adjustments in your positioning can completely shift the emphasis of a lift.
In this reel she demonstrates:
• Glute-dominant vs. quad-dominant squat
• Glute-dominant vs. quad-dominant lunge
• Glute-dominant vs. quad-dominant lateral lunge
Knowing the difference helps you train with intention—whether you’re building strength, improving movement mechanics, or targeting specific muscle groups.
Train smarter. Move better. Do it by the book.
Strength isn’t just built under heavy weight.
It’s built in the details.

This isn’t just a facility—
it’s where preparation meets opportunity,
and where performance is built at every level.
There’s a point where thinking stops helping.
And action takes over.
No perfect moment.
No perfect plan.
Just movement.
Adjustment.
Execution.
That’s how progress is built.
