Deb first joined Cradles to Crayons as a part-time Giving Factory volunteer leader and has since grown into the role of Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. A retired teacher, Deb brings creativity, curiosity, a passion for learning, and adventurous energy to everything she does. At Cradles to Crayons, we work to end Clothing Insecurity by providing children living in homeless or low-income situations with the essentials they need to thrive — at home, at school, and at play. Through the power of volunteers, donors, and community partnerships, we help ensure children have access to clothing and essentials that support their health, education, and confidence. Deb’s background in education, combined with her commitment to community engagement and volunteer leadership, makes her an incredible part of the Cradles to Crayons team. When she’s not working, she can often be found traveling the world, spending time in nature, continuing to learn new skills, and broadening her knowledge and experiences.
