A message to everyone who made Into the Spiral happen. I’ve been on cloud 9 since last Friday. Growing up, I was the kid who kept to himself and didn’t have many friends because it was so out-there and weird to love electronic music. Through DJing I’ve truly found my best friends, colleagues, and the best community of people I’m proud to be a part of, and having so many of these people I love and care about in the same room vibing to the music that connected us to begin with is something I’ll never take forget. None of this was possible without the collectives that came together to organize and plan it, my amazing friends who volunteered to work the event, the vendor lineup, and of course all of the ones who attended the event. INTO THE SPIRAL RECAP With the help of my amazing team of @c2c.ent , @hyre.freqnc , @midnightwav.ent and I, we SOLD OUT my 2nd ever headline show… (Long sappy post incoming, not sorry) I’ve been trying to put into words how I feel about last Friday, and the thing that keeps coming to my mind is “best night of my life.” Why? - I have never been able to put this many people that I respect, admire, and truly love in the same room and be able to perform for them all like I did on this night. So many people have told me - collective managers/promoters, fellow ravers, and DJ’s have told me that wherever I go, the crowd of people that I bring are some of the best vibes they’ve ever encountered, and I wear that on my sleeve. I try my hardest to associate myself with the best of the best vibes and people I come across in this scene. That being said, I’ve played for crowds of over 2 thousand and many packed out rooms in the past, but NOTHING compares to playing for a room full of people you care about. Into the Spiral had THE ABSOLUTE best vibes I’ve ever had at an event I’ve played, and I owe it to all of my amazing friends & supporters, the team running this event, the amazing vendors we had, and all of the people that volunteered their time to make this event happen. My goal as a DJ is to give people an amazing EDM experience and connect people with the music I love, and this event was the most pure embodiment of that. I’m nothing without my community, and I have the absolute best one I could ever ask for. I’ll never forget this night - it was a real dream come true. Thank you all for being a part of it.
