It started to drizzle, and I did what any reasonable adult would do: I ran outside in my jammies and sat in the car to watch the rain. Divinely delivered, uninterrupted time with it. Front-row seats to God’s gentle reminder to slow down.
Pluviophile tendencies aside, I’m grateful for tiny moments that feel like peace.

Reposting this from a few years ago, because it still feels true.
There are three questions I come back to often: 1. What do I genuinely love doing? 2. What am I naturally good at? 3. What can I get paid for doing?
Many people have 2 and 3 covered. They’re competent, employed, and moving.
But the real shift happens when you start taking question 1 seriously, and you give yourself permission to build around it.
For me, sharing and giving has always been my love language.
Designing, making, and creating beautiful things that elevate the everyday has always been the pull.
And I’ve learned this: purpose feels like peace, even when the work is demanding.
It took me almost 20 years of side hustles, trial and error, and learning on the go to arrive here. Then the pandemic forced a hard pause and gave me the jolt to pivot fully into what I was genuinely passionate about. And even now, I’m still learning, refining, and aligning.
My prayer for you this season: clarity for what you love, courage to pursue it, and grace for the in-between.
God can reroute a whole life. I’ve lived it.
