After years of building a brand defined by quality home fragrances and intentional design, it’s time for us to go beyond product and bring our purpose to life. This fall, we will award the inaugural “Inherit The Room” Dorm Room Design Grant, funded through our Legacy collection, to six Black male students entering their first year at an HBCU. Each recipient receives $3,000 to make their dorm room dreams a reality. For both of us, scholarships and grants played a pivotal role in our experiences at Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University, so we created this grant to pay it forward and help relieve some of the financial pressure for the next generation of young men who are entering their first year at an HBCU, giving them the ability to focus on getting the most out of their college experience. Each recipient will receive a fully designed dorm room created in collaboration with our team, curating an environment that supports focus, creativity, and personal growth from the moment they arrive on campus. We can’t stop thinking about our Legacy-inspired signature cocktail from our ATL pop up. We’re going to have run this back this summer! (the cocktail and the pop up! 👀) It’s simple enough to make it home: 1.5 oz @grancoramino cristalino tequila 2.0 oz sweet tea 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice 0.5 oz Madagascar vanilla simple syrup 2 tsp fig jam Directions: Add fig jam to shaker and loosen with lemon juice. Add tequila, sweet tea, and vanilla syrup. Shake with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a 9 oz glass. Lemon wheel or light fig garnish

One of the most important parts of building a successful brand is a supportive community. It begins within the Aquilaria tree when the wood undergoes natural stress, prompting a slow release of dark resin.
