Ingredients:
Hashbrowns:
2-3 yellow potatoes, shredded
1/4 cup brown butter
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
1 tbsp chopped thyme
1/4 cup pomme purée
Salt and pepper to taste
Chimichurri:
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated garlic, optional
Hot Cakes:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup brown butter
1 whole egg
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla paste
Other:
Thick cut applewood smoked bacon
2 whole eggs
Roasted bone-in pork chops, caramelized veg, whole grain mustard sauce, loads of buttery sage flavor. Extra sauce plz. 🔥
