BMW 1 Series in with us for a clutch replacement after the clutch was on its last legs 🔧
After being quoted nearly £2,000 elsewhere just for the clutch replacement, we managed to get everything sorted for much less — including:
• LUK 3-piece clutch kit
• Front & rear brake pads
• Full service kit
We supplied and fitted all parts, and even gave the engine bay a quick clean as it looked like it had been through the desert 🌵🧼
The customer was close to replacing the car as the repair costs elsewhere just didn’t make sense, but now it’s back on the road ready for many more miles 🚗💨

This Honda Civic Type R Turbo came in for replacement ball joints and front lower arms.
The customer supplied all the parts, including:
* VTEC Monkeys polybush front arms
* Hardrace ball joints
* Front drop links
Once the vehicle was up on the ramp and the parts were fitted, we gave it a full once-over. Overall, it was in great condition. The only issues we advised the customer about were:
* A slight oil weep from the turbo oil feed line
* A split front engine mount
Other than that, it’s a clean example.

This Honda Civic Type R came to us for a timing chain replacement, as the customer was unsure whether the chain had ever previously been replaced. With an upcoming mapping session booked in, it was mainly for added peace of mind.
The customer supplied a full genuine timing kit, including a new chain, tensioner, and guides.
During inspection, we also found the tensioner inspection plate was leaking, so this was replaced to prevent any further oil leaks.
Once stripped down, we discovered the previous timing chain had slight stretch, with the engine running a tooth out of time — making the replacement worthwhile and ensuring everything is now correctly timed and ready for mapping.

2007 VW Golf GTI Edition 30
The vehicle arrived with an ABS fault, accompanied by multiple warning lights illuminated on the dashboard.
Initial diagnostics using VCDS revealed that the ABS module was not communicating with the vehicle, indicating a complete failure of the unit.
A replacement ABS pump and module were sourced and installed. Following installation, communication with the module was successfully restored, and it was coded correctly to the vehicle.
During the brake bleeding process, the rear near-side caliper bleed nipple was found to be seized and unfortunately snapped during removal. A new caliper was supplied and fitted to resolve this issue.
The braking system was then re-bled, restoring full functionality. The ABS system is now operating correctly, and the vehicle has been returned with braking performance as expected

This Audi S5 came in for some performance upgrades ahead of its upcoming remap 🔧
The customer supplied all the parts, and we installed:
– Decat downpipe
– CTS charge pipe
– Aftermarket intercooler & upgraded charge pipes
With these upgrades in place, the car is now ready for a Stage 2 tune, allowing for improved airflow and maximum performance potential.
It’ll be back with us soon for some maintenance work to make sure everything is running exactly as it should 👌

🛠️ BMW 120d – Oil Leak Diagnosis & Repair
The vehicle was brought in for investigation of an oil leak.
Upon inspection, we identified that the oil cooler was leaking. After removal of the oil cooler, there was clear evidence that the gasket had failed and was the source of the leak.
The mating surfaces were thoroughly cleaned, and a new genuine OEM gasket was installed. Following reassembly, the engine was checked and confirmed that the oil leak had been successfully resolved.
While the vehicle was in our workshop, we also carried out a minor service, which included: • Engine oil replacement • Oil filter replacement
The vehicle is now operating correctly with no visible oil leaks

This Audi S5 came into us for diagnosis of an oil leak, which we traced back to a faulty PCV oil separator.
We sourced and fitted a genuine replacement unit from TPS, ensuring the customer received the latest revised version of the component. This resolved the leak and restored proper crankcase ventilation.
While the vehicle was with us, the customer also supplied an upgraded intake system. We installed this to enhance not only the engine bay aesthetics, but also improve airflow, performance, and induction sound.

K-Swap Honda Civic EG Track Car 🔧🏁
This Honda Civic EG came into us for an upgrade to an MFactory helical LSD, along with new differential bearings.
Once the gearbox was opened, we carried out a full inspection. Everything was in great condition with minimal wear — always good to see on a track-focused build.
While the car was with us, we also upgraded the brake servo and master cylinder to a 1” setup. This provides a firmer pedal feel and significantly improves brake response.
Both of these upgrades will make a huge difference on track, giving the driver more confidence, better control, and improved overall drivability compared to the previous setup.

Honda Civic EP3 in with us for some maintenance and a bit of a refresh 👇
– VTEC solenoid replaced along with a new gasket
– VTC screen gasket replaced at the same time
– Refurbished rocker cover fitted to tidy up the engine bay
While the rocker cover was off, the customer asked us to check the timing — which we found to be slightly out ⚠️
On these K20 engines, even being slightly out can affect performance and VTEC engagement, so it’s something we always take seriously.
Another solid job done and a cleaner, healthier engine to go with it 💪

This Honda Civic FN2 came in a few weeks back for a rear beam replacement — a common issue on these, as many of you already know, with rust being a big problem.
On this one, the rear beam was heavily corroded and the bushes were well past their best, so replacing it was definitely the right call… especially with this thing pushing 450hp 👀
A straightforward job for us, but an important one — if you’ve got an FN2, it’s well worth checking yours before it becomes a bigger issue.

YELLOW SPEED BBK 😈
This Honda Civic FN2 Turbo came into us last week to have this stunning, relatively new-to-the-market Big Brake Kit fitted.
Manufactured by @yellowspeedeurope , this kit fits and looks incredible—featuring a 6-pot caliper paired with a 330 mm disc, which is essential when you’re running serious power like this FN2.
While installing the brakes, we also flushed the old brake fluid and replaced it with RBF660 to ensure the system performs at its absolute best. 🔥
We’ll be seeing this car again in the near future to fix a few oil leaks and carry out a full check-over to keep it running perfectly.
