Seth Rogen just got real about a topic people donât always hear men speak this openly about: choosing not to have kids. In an interview on Diary of a CEO, he shared how he and his wife Lauren Miller reflected on their child-free marriage and why, over time, theyâve only felt more confident in that decision.
âI donât think it would,â he said when asked if having kids might make him happier.
Instead, Seth says their life together feels fuller, more intentional, and aligned with what they actually want â not whatâs expected of them. We get to do whatever we want,â he added. His comments have sparked a wider conversation online about child-free life, societal pressure, and why this kind of choice is still so heavily questioned.

Ever since they launched their Boy Meets World rewatch podcast, Pod Meets World, back in 2022, former child stars Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, and Rider Strong have been incredibly open about the impact of growing up in the public eye. And the body image struggles that Danielle and Will endured on the show have been a hot topic of conversation in recent installments of the podcast, thanks to the gang reaching the divisive Season 7 episode âSheâs Having My Baby Back Ribsâ in their rewatch. Then, towards the end of the latest episode, Rider opened up about his personal experience as well. For context, Rider played Shawn Hunter in Boy Meets World, who was widely considered the seriesâ heartthrob. And while his changing body was not scrutinized by show runners in the way that Danielle and Willâs was, being a child star more generally has still had a huge impact on his sense of worth in adulthood.
