Stop Early Extension 🛑 This is a great drill and demonstration of the importance of correct pressure under the foot and then the understanding of where to push to create torque/rotational component of the swing. The left arm folding through the ball can be a game changer for your pitching! The dynamics at impact are significantly different between short game and full shots therefore the arm movement through the ball has to be altered. Turn your hook into a draw 🥇 When a golfer has achieved a path to the right (in to out) the face needs to be be slightly open to the target. Short sided drop and stop bunker shot 😎 I find one of the key elements of successful bunker play is not rushing. The club had to the ball. Speed is required due to the nature of strike, but if you try to hit the ball too hard and as a consequence, get the handle moving at the ball, it becomes difficult to get the club to release which is going to offer both the required loft and club interaction with the sand. - - #golf #shortgame #golfcoach #bunker #buzzagolf
