Soo today I redrew an artwork from 2023—a Kokomi piece I made during my boards exam 💀 XD
A LOT has changed since then, obviously, so here’s the glow-up breakdown 👇
🐚 Anatomy
Back then I wanted Kokomi to be a mermaid, but I was too scared to draw the body T__T
Safe to say… fear has been conquered .💪
🌊 Composition
The old one was kinda lazy ngl 😭
The new composition feels way more dynamic and interesting!
🎨 Shading
OKAY BUT.
I genuinely had no idea how to shade a 3D form before ..
Now it finally feels more dimensional ✨

Not a huge change, but I can definitely see the improvement :33
