Here’s some of our favourite moments from last month’s set, where we played the opening for @clubrotesonne Community Weekender. A mix of digital and vinyl records that we had been really enjoying in the time prior to the event. Lots of feelings playing at this venue that has shaped the way I play and perceive music through very talented artists. There’s something about playing music alongside people who you understand. Not just musically but also on a personal level, which, in my opinion, is very close to the same thing. I could be spinning tracks and records for hours and hours with certain people, no matter the mental state, the mood or the place, because it stops being an exercise of planning and you get rid of all expectations. You stop, listen and continue the conversation with something of your own, a part of yourself. But just as important is the trust in others, that your concept and your message will continue being developed, tune after tune, mix after mix, move after move. No right or wrong, no pressure, no expectations. Just music and the will to listen. Thanks to @di__emme for the pics and for organizing such a lovely gathering with Flowmarket. Open Knobs - Presented by Synaptica It’s been a while, but we are back @kadestusta . Once again, this one is for the community. Putting the focus on Live Electronic Music, we build around the concept of Open Knobs (so @dj.vacuum ). At 16:00 we will open the doors to a very special afternoon session. Bringing together artists who have mastered their craft, in a workshop format, where you will be able to be as close as it gets to their setup, their workflow and their approach to live music production. With presentations and set up rundowns from: Jannik Aßfalg (@jannik.assfalg ) Alessio Barletta (@alessio___barletta ) DJ Vacuum (@dj.vacuum ) Papes & Filter (@papesnfilter ) After the walkthrough you can create with the artists hand by hand, learn about hardware and turn some knobs! There is no right or wrong so we invite you to give it a try, pure experimentation. As the sun sets, and after a short break, our bodies start to move and we speak through sound. this one was a super special set for us, for what it means to open the floor both as djs and as music lovers. Such a unique venue, from the aesthetics to the influence it has. thanks to @grooveraiderz for the trust and to all of you who slowly filled the dancefloor, soul by soul, until we were all moving as one.
