TIM GAMBLES HEADLINES THE BUTTON WAREHOUSE, MACCLESFIELD
TICKETS here /e/48766a8k/tim-gambles-live-at-the-button-wareh
With support from the incredible Nocebo and Henry Wright.
Tim Gambles is a Tasmanian-born, North East–based alternative rock artist and multi-instrumentalist who is fast establishing himself as one of the UK’s most compelling new original voices. Gambles has already made a striking impact, earning international radio play, rave reviews, and a growing reputation as a formidable live performer.
His music draws inspiration from the contradictions of modern society, weaving together influences from the natural and industrial worlds. Through emotionally charged song writing and expansive alternative rock arrangements, Gambles explores both the beauty and the unease that arise where these forces coexist. The result is a multifaceted sound that is immediate, immersive, and deeply resonant.
Since releasing his original music again in the summer of 2025, Gambles has toured extensively across the UK, quickly building momentum as a live artist capable of converting casual listeners into dedicated fans. His recent single ‘Gravedigger’, a soaring and anthemic alt-rock release, has further cemented his reputation, following the critical acclaim received for earlier release ‘Story Told Wrong’. Both tracks have been championed by international radio and praised for their emotional weight and song writing maturity.
March 2026 sees Gambles take his live show into Europe with dates across the Netherlands and Germany, followed by an extensive UK tour throughout May and June, marking a significant step in his evolution as a touring artist. With a newly signed artist management deal and further releases planned, his trajectory continues to accelerate.
Before relocating to the UK, Gambles built a strong live reputation in Australia, performing multiple times at Tasmania’s Festivale, a 10,000-capacity event including mainstage appearances, and becoming a recognised name within Melbourne’s live music scene. That experience now underpins a confident and commanding stage presence that translates powerfully to UK and European audiences alike.
THIS FREE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE UPSTAIRS IN THE DEDICATED LISTENING ROOM AND BE STREAMED LIVE DOWNSTAIRS.

This is coming around quick, next week I’m back at one of my favourite venues @buttonwarehouse celebrating the launch of “Better In Fiction” with special guests, my incredibly talented friends @nickyphillipsuk and @alexanderhulmemusic !
This song has been an absolute joy to play live. I love that in the chaos and mischief of my shows this song has its own little moment and although slightly different to my usual schtick still fits in.
I cannot wait for you to hear what we have done with this song, it’s been awesome putting this together.

STEVE MILLIGAN
Thursday 30th April 8pm
Steve delivers gritty folk “Anglocana” — an English spin on modern acoustic storytelling. With poetically blunt lyrics and a voice that cuts through the room, his songs explore memory, identity, and the tensions that sit just beneath the surface of everyday life.
FREE EVENT. LIVE AT 8PM 18+ UPSTAIRS IN THE DEDICATED LISTENING ROOM & STREAMED LIVE DOWNSTAIRS.
However you like to enjoy your live music, we have a floor for all audiences ♥️
