☀️ Summer Opening Hours Update immediate changes☀️
As we move into the summer season, we’re making a few changes to our opening hours!
These changes are being made to help reduce food wastage and because afternoons have been much quieter recently. This allows us to focus on our busiest times while continuing to provide the best service and quality possible.
We’ll also still be running our woodfired pizza nights, now on the last Saturday of every month 🍕🔥
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We really appreciate it and look forward to seeing you over the summer for our beer garden and alfresco dining!☀️

@buttonswakefield have just launched a brand new small plates menu and we went along to try it and wow oh wow it did not disappoint 🤩Everyone knows how much I love this place, every person I’ve brought has also ended up loving it so I am very very confident if you try this then you are going to enjoy!! Here’s what we ordered…
🫓 Hummus & Flatbread (£5.80)
🍅 Bruschetta - Trio of bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive and balsamic glaze (8.80)
🧀 Breaded Mozzerella - deep fried mozzarella carrozza served with a sweet honey dip (8.90)
🇮🇹 Homemade Meatballs - homemade meatballs in marinara sauce topped with Parmesan and served with toasted sourdough and an olive oil drizzle (£10.85)
🥒 BBQ Bao - soft bao buns with crispy bbq fried chicken, BBQ sauce. lettuce, cucumber
and spring onion (£8.25)
🍗 Crispy Sticky Chicken - crispy southern fried chicken tossed in sweet hot honey, finished with mixed seeds and served with a sticky seasoned bang bang dip (£8.90)
🧀 Mac & Cheese Croquettes - mac and cheese croquettes served with lettuce & chiptole sauce (£7.50)
Other dishes we didn’t try include padron peppers, chargrilled veg cous cous, calamari, veg bao bun & calamari so there is plenty to choose from so grab your pals, fam, partners and get yourself sat outside with a feast and a summer bev (alcohol available but the strawberry lemonade & cookies + cream iced coffee hit the spot on this occasion 🍓). This place just gets better and better 🙌🏼

She’s been with us for nearly a year now, but honestly, it feels like she’s been part of the team forever. Westy is a huge part of what makes this place what it is! Behind nearly every single speciality drink on our menu is her creativity and craft. Even when it’s not her idea, she’s always adding her touch, helping perfect everyone else’s creations and taking things to the next level. And when it comes to the machine… she’s our fastest barista, with consistently perfect milk every single time. If you ever want a great drink, trust us , order a mocha when Westy’s on ☕️ And if you ever hear anything smash on shift, it’s almost definitely Westy! Bubbly, always smiling, and always bringing the energy, we’re lucky to have her 💛
