Cornflake tart! Had a few messages for the recipe when I originally posted this on my story. I used one from Jane’s Patisserie but added in a few extras. Proper nice!
For the pastry -
150g plain flour
25g dark rye
75 g butter
1–2 tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp of salt
For the Jam -
200 g raspberries
200 g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
For the cornflake filling -
100 g cornflakes
120 g golden syrup
35 g light brown sugar
60 g butter
