This spring, we caught up with the Astros second baseman about his journey from first-round pick to a Major League superutility player. Similar to his teammate, Cam Smith, Brice is seizing the opportunity by using his pure athletic ability and strong mental makeup to adapt to multiple positions. Excited to see him mash this season!

Is this the Blackest #wbc ever? Great Britain rosters the most North American born Afro players in the tournament. Fun fact - baseball used to be the 4th leading industry in the African American Community during the early 20th century. Sure, I’d love to see more of us on Team USA’s roster - but I’m equally excited to see us represented in the classic, regardless of the team/nation.
