What is Access Arts?
Open to all ages, abilities, and economic circumstance, Access Arts has always been committed to providing creative learning experiences for everyone. That central mission propelled our growth from 28 total registrations in 1971 to an annual average 1,000 plus. Our campus grew, too. From a one basement-corner to a three-building campus, our spacious studios and professional equipment match or exceed the quality of most studios in the region. Keeping true to the organization’s initial vision, this student body still includes people of all ages from all walks of life and every ability level.
Coopers Landing mini Documentary
There’s something special happening down at Coopers Landing with the new structure going up! It’s reshaping a few things in such a positive way!
Our cameras captured the last show, the old building going down and the new building going up. We are taking the time to reflect as we tell the story of Coopers Landing’s past, present and future through a mini documentary.

A Roof for a Hero
This year we had the honor of replacing the roof for U.S. Army Veteran Scott Buis as part of our Free Roof Giveaway.
Scott was nominated by fellow veteran Jonathan Pearson, who shared Scott’s story of service both in the military and in his work today helping other veterans rebuild their lives.
Today Scott serves as a VA social worker, helping homeless veterans find permanent housing and get back on their feet. When we heard his story, we knew this project was going to be something special.
Our team had an incredible time completing this roof, and hearing both Scott and Jonathan share their experiences made the project even more meaningful.
Scott, thank you for your service and for everything you continue to do for fellow veterans. 🇺🇸
