Yesterday, we swapped the office for the pitch and had a BMT Football Tournament! It was a fantastic day filled with energy, teamwork, and a little friendly competition.
From last-minute goals to standout saves, everyone brought their A-game—and most importantly, their good vibes. It was great to see colleagues from different departments come together, cheer each other on, and celebrate wins (and near-wins!) side by side.
We had a great time with our staff, suppliers, clients, and friends! Thanks to all who took part and helped organise the event. Looking forward to the next one.
Project Completed // Menzies Aviation
We are excited to announce the successful completion of our AV integration project for Menzies Aviation at their Heathrow headquarters.
As a prominent leader in aviation services, Menzies required an advanced AV infrastructure to improve internal communication and facilitate seamless collaboration across departments. Their existing system was outdated, and a flexible, future-ready solution was necessary to support their fast-moving operations.
BMT delivered a fully integrated Microsoft Teams-based AV solution, designed to optimize communication and provide an effortless user experience. The installation featured Yealink video conferencing systems, Jupiter ultra-wide displays, and Nureva advanced audio technology, ensuring exceptional visuals, crystal-clear sound, and smart camera tracking. Meeting spaces were further enhanced with user-friendly control panels and Yealink Room Booking systems, simplifying scheduling and management.
Key installations included: 🔹 Personal Offices – Yealink A40 video bars with commercial displays (81” and 65”) for high-quality meetings. 🔹 Small Meeting Room – Yealink A40, 75” display, and Yealink Room Booking for efficient scheduling. 🔹 Main Boardroom – Yealink S90 multi-camera system, HDL310 audio, and Jupiter 105” (21:9) ultra-wide screen for premium conferencing. 🔹 Large Meeting Room – Yealink MVC86, HDL310 audio, and Jupiter 105” (21:9) screen with intelligent camera tracking.
With a modern, flexible, and future-proof AV ecosystem, Menzies Aviation is now equipped with the latest technology to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. We’re excited to see the system in action!

Successful completion of our AV integration project for MFB at their stunning Grade II listed offices in Fishmongers’ Hall, overlooking the Thames.
As a leading international shipping law firm, MFB required a modern, user-friendly AV solution to enhance communication and collaboration while respecting the heritage of their listed building. BMT delivered a Microsoft Teams-based AV solution, ensuring consistent, high-quality user experiences across all meeting spaces. The design prioritized minimal structural impact while providing state-of-the-art conferencing technology.
Key installations included: 🔹 Divisible Boardroom & Conference Space – Yealink S90 multi-camera system and Nureva HDL ceiling-mounted audio, ensuring seamless audio and video capture in both individual and combined room configurations. A drop-down electronic projector screen supports large-scale presentations. 🔹 Fitted Meeting Room – Yealink A30 video bar and 4K Ultra HD LG screen for high-quality video conferencing. 🔹 Mobile AV Solutions – Yealink MeetBoard on a trolley for spaces where wall mounting was restricted, providing an interactive, touch-enabled experience with TC8 control panels. 🔹 Teams Control Panels – Standardized across all rooms for a simple, intuitive user experience.
With a short installation timeline and minimal disruption, the project successfully transformed MFB’s meeting spaces into flexible, high-performance collaboration environments. Ongoing training and support ensure the new system operates smoothly, empowering MFB with the tools they need for seamless communication.

BMT’s Rob Boyne is off on an incredible journey for MIPIM Cycle 2025! 🚴🏼♂️
Over the next 6 days, he will be cycling almost 1500km to Cannes, with a group goal of raising £200,000 to support three crucial causes:
•Helping children battling cancer.
•Supporting disadvantaged young people.
•Connecting children with loving families.
