‘Dance Tells Things That Words Cannot’ WDT’s FREE Masterclass! We invite you to take part in Phase 2 of an artistic project that brings together dance, theater, and film. This FREE masterclass will take place from February 9–14, 2026, at Die Halle Cologne, and will be led by international theater director and choreographer Sagí Amir Gros @sagiamirgros , Artistic Director of WDTanztheater Cologne. “Dance Tells Things That Words Cannot” is an artistic research journey that moves from personal expression toward collective connection, empathy, and representation. Participants will collaboratively develop choreographic scenes that combine dance, theater, and filmic thinking, with a strong focus on identity, resilience, and presence. The masterclass will focus on: • Daily in-depth movement composition, and artistic expression • A collaborative, and inclusive working environment • A public final showing on the last day of the project This masterclass is open to young people with artistic curiosity and motivation. Participants from diverse backgrounds are welcome. Bye 2025. You touched me everywhere and nowhere gently. I was joy and ruin, desire and collapse, heat and silence, loss and hunger. I lost myself. I found myself. Sometimes in the same breath. I learned to let go with shaking hands and to hold on with a tired heart. Some loves leave marks. Some lessons stay under the skin. There were days that broke me open brutally, days that left scars, days that silently stitched me back together without asking permission. I loved when it hurt. I healed while bleeding. I tried again. I walked away to survive. I stayed when my soul said yes. I was fragile. And in that fragility, I became unbreakable.
