Started out doing this post to ‘keep up’ with what seems to be ‘trending’ on here (a few weeks late, ofc 😅)… finished it sobbing my little heart out realising how much we managed to achieve last year 🥹!
2. We launched our ‘Cooking with Kraut’ recipe series
3. Hosted quite a few ‘firsts’. First Hen Do with two very cool brides was full of belly laughs

5. Someone said they think knowing how to ferment is going to change their life 🤯

7. Not just dreamy for its delicious evening light, but it is a huge bonus
8. We were invited on to the radio to talk about fermentation 🤯
9. Kraut continued to be our no.1 passenger princess

11. Our first proper photoshoot with @say.yuup and all our nearest and dearest (sorry for posting this one Beth, you look gorgeous tho)

WORKSHOP: MAKE YOUR OWN SAUERKRAUT ✨
Get hands-on with the art of fermentation in this friendly, beginner-focused workshop led by fermentation enthusiast Romy from @burp.fermentation . You'll learn the core principles behind lacto-fermentation, breaking down the science in a clear, accessible way - no jargon, no fuss.
The session includes a guided step-by-step sauerkraut-making activity, where you'll prepare your own custom jar with expert tips along the way.
This is a BYOJ (bring your own jar) event; we recommend a jar between 750ml and 1 litre. You’ll leave with your own handmade sauerkraut, a printed guide to help you replicate the process at home, and a better understanding of how to confidently ferment on your own.
Plus, enjoy 15% off your first drink at the bar to round off the session.
