‘Gemini’ opens again from 12 - 5pm. @fsmyergallery Tues - Sat until Aug 9th Here is two pictures as a teaser. A collaboration between @christinamaycarey & @burnt_chrome spanning projection, video, sculpture, photography and sound. “Gemini throws up easy reference to straightforward dualities – the world turns and splits, keeps spinning, splitting into halves. Precarious conditions compound, time washes across the surface – running towards us.” - Except from Tessa Bell’s wonderful essay. Shout out’s to Ben Stratton @groove_fab for bringing to life our bed designs and Luke and the team @arten_framing for beautiful frames. Also to our dear friends @tessajbell for the fantastic essay which you can pick up in the gallery and @comerkleine who assisted and guided the mould making and creation of both Aluminium and ceramic forms you are both incredible. Also we would like to @davidsequeirastudio and @niche_fetisch for believing in the collaboration and the install team Cait, Luca, Casey and Lucy. *Do not try and speed run ceramics.

Last week to see ‘Gemini’ @fsmyergallery Tues - Sat, 12 - 5pm, till the 9th of Aug. Alongside our work is a beautiful essay by our dear friend Tess Bell, whose insight and presence remains with us. Tess had a particular brilliance with language and understanding of the conceptual nuances of our work. We’ll be forever grateful to have shared this project with her. 💔 Work details: Castor & Pollux, 2025 Christina May Carey & Aaron Christopher Rees. Aluminium & human hair.
