In @burgh.yard newest space, our conversation was full of postpartum real talk.
From postpartum bleeding to baby's nappy contents, recommendations on period pads and chat about the dilemma of choosing a buggy.
We focused on the first 2 weeks of baby's life. What that means for them, and importantly what that means for YOU 💕
These circles are such a nourishing space.

A very exciting collaboration coming from the shared heartfelt desire to bring women and small businesses together in our small town.
We will practice yin yoga, Nidra meditation, pranayama, and be lulled by the ethereal sound of crystal bowls.
There will be a chance to gather and chat while grazing on some delicious healthy home made food.
Come as you are and be held by your community. We are meeting at Burgh Yard, the creative heart of Helensburgh.

My workshops are like buses - none for ages then three come along at once!
Some things need to be made before the plants grow so there are sweet pea obelisks and peony crowns to start off with.
Then there is the first in what I hope to be a monthly series of Friday evening workshops, with a different project each time. We start with willow flowers, which not only look great, but are also actually basket bases so a great way to begin to build some basketry skills.
All are taking place in the lovely Burgh Yard in the heart of Helensburgh.
