We opened in Piccadilly Gardens last week. It felt big.
In our 8 years of patty smashing, it’s been one of the most fun times we’ve had yet. Thanks to everyone who came down. And an extra thanks to all those who messaged us words of praise and encouragement; it means a lot.
Throughout the launch our team was heroic. It’s humbling to see such pride and passion. One of the best things about being an entrepreneur is that you get to choose who you work with; I’m lucky. 🧡
One particular fan made us all feel v loved: “Sitting in is great; watching the trams roll past and the staff laugh and joke with customers. This is what Five Guys wants to be but doesn’t have the soul to pull it off. These people care.” Your words, not ours, but thanks George. 🙏

Our coaster map has gained a big following of collectors.
Order a drink, get a coaster. Coaster designs rotate weekly, so we should have different coasters each week. One week you might get Ancoats, another Hulme. But ultimately it's somewhat random. The best collectors are both persistent and patient! 😀
There's an option to trade in coasters in our stores. So if you're missing one come on down and hopefully we can help finish your coaster map!

March was Brain Tumour Awareness Month. In memory of Rachel, we set out to raise money for the @thebraintumourcharity . We set a target of £5,000 and are delighted to have smashed that target by raising a total of £6,332.
