Congratulations to Matthew Fogarty, Peter Dugmore and the ADLA team on the continued expansion of their Anytime Fitness franchise portfolio, including the recent acquisition of their 12th club.
Acquiring a franchised business can be complex, with each transaction requiring careful coordination between franchisors, franchisees, and any landlords and financiers, to comply with the various timeframes imposed by the franchising code of conduct. We are pleased to support clients through that process, helping keep all parts of the transaction moving efficiently and aligned for all involved.
We look forward to continuing to work alongside Matt, Peter and the ADLA team as they continue to grow their Anytime Fitness portfolio.
A big thank you to our community for your generosity in making our @djirravic Coat & Toiletry Drive such a big success.
On Thursday, we had the opportunity to visit Djirra’s Abbotsford office to personally deliver all donated items and see firsthand the impact this support will have.
Djirra is hosting a High Tea today at their Abbotsford office, where these items will be made available to the women they support.
Thank you again for showing up with such kindness.

Last Tuesday was a really proud day for us. Nicholas D’Orazio who started with us as a Year 10 work experience student in 2017 continued his legal career journey and was admitted to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria. It was a great day.
We have each been inspired by Nick’s enthusiasm for the law and his thoughtfulness and care for others. Those qualities have shaped his growth with us and will continue to define the kind of lawyer he becomes.
Thank you, Nick, for the impact you have already made. We are proud to be part of your legal journey and look forward to the continued contribution you will make as a lawyer.
Our March Recap:
We completed our annual Intentions and Reflections session, followed by a Mexican feast hosted by our friends at @santitomelbourne . Our 2026 Law Graduates visited the Supreme Court Law Library to mark the beginning of their legal careers.
We proudly celebrated Nicholas D’Orazio admission to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria. We finished off the month with cake and champagne to mark the official start of our 10 year milestone celebrations.
Bring on April!

On Sunday, eight members of the Burch&Co team volunteered at @altrucharity Festival, a party with purpose.
Altru is a not‑for‑profit outreach festival providing immediate, on the spot support to people facing hardship by connecting them with essential services in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment.
Our team joined as volunteer tour guides, helping guests navigate the festival, access each of the essential services and most importantly foster meaningful connection.
A big thank you to @jessiemclachlan and the entire Altru team for making the day possible - where good deeds definitely met good vibes! ✨
