For the Loro Piana Knit Design Award 2026, students were encouraged to experiment with colour and light by combining cashmere with an array of special yarns, including shimmering lurex, metallic threads, and optical fibres. 世界的アウトドアブランドArc’teryx コラボレーションプロジェクト @arcteryx_jp 文化服装学院から14名中11名の学生が参加‼️ ⁡ Repost @bunkaicc with @use.repost ・・・ 文化学園は、今年のテーマ「Journey（旅）」のもと、Arc’teryxとの学生コラボレーションプロジェクトを今年も実施しました。 本プロジェクトでは、「身体を守ること」「動き」「進化」「変容」といった視点をデザインを通して探求し、個人の成長と創造的なプロセスの進展を表現することを目的としました。 文化学園3校（文化服装学院、文化学園大学、文化ファッション大学院大学）から選抜された14名の学生は、Arc’teryxより提供された高機能パフォーマンステキスタイルを使用し、専門性と多様な視点を活かしながら制作に取り組みました。約11週間という限られた期間の中で、通常は1学期間に相当するレベルの完成度に到達し、本プログラムの集中力、探究心、そして協働的な学びの姿勢が反映されています。 本プロジェクトは、Arc’teryx東京クリエイションセンターのデザインチームの支援と、文化学園国際交流センターのコーディネートにより実施され、学生にとって貴重な業界理解の機会となるとともに、双方にとって意義深い交流の場となりました。 ⁡ Bunka Gakuen is proud to have once again partnered with Arc’teryx for a special student collaboration under this year’s theme, “Journey.” The project invited students to explore protection for the body, movement, evolution, and transformation through design, reflecting both personal growth and creative progression. Fourteen selected students, representing a diverse range of creative perspectives and technical strengths across Bunka Gakuen (@bunka_fc , @bfgu_official 文化学園大学) were given the rare opportunity to work with exclusive performance textiles provided by Arc’teryx. Over just 11 weeks, students achieved a level of development typically seen across a full semester, reflecting the intensity, focus, and collaborative spirit of the program.
