a lunch that’s a great source of protein, actually tastes good, and is actually easy to make, thanks to the no-drain Thai Chili Bumble Bee Snacker 🍣 🌶️
Recipe (makes 2 servings)
Ingredients:
For the spicy tuna:
• 2 cans Thai Chili Bumble Bee Snacker
• 2 tsp. kewpie mayo
• 2 tsp. sriracha
• 2 tsp. finely chopped scallions
• 2 tsp. black + white sesame seeds
Assembly:
• 1 cup sushi-style short grain rice, cooked, mixed with 1 tbsp. season rice vinegar
• 3 nori sheets, cut in half (6 total)
• 2 small cucumbers, finely sliced, lengthwise
• 2 scallions, finely sliced, lengthwise
• 1 large avocado, finely sliced
Mix all the ingredients for the spicy tuna directly in the Bumble Bee Snacker can. Assemble handrolls as you go — top the base of a half nori sheet with some rice, then layer on the spicy tuna, avocado, cucumbers, and scallions as desired; roll up and eat!
