It can also include agreeing on a style and then requesting changes halfway through the service, or raising concerns only after the service has been completed, even though checks were made during the process and everything was confirmed.
These actions affect more than just one appointment. They disrupt timing, affect other clients, and make it harder for our team to work in a calm and focused environment. Over time, this can also affect service quality and the overall experience we are committed to delivering.
When we notice a pattern with situations like this, we use our records to guide alignment conversations and determine how best to move forward.
This may involve a one on one conversation with the client to better understand their expectations, clarify how we work, and agree on how to avoid similar situations in the future. In some cases, we may also review whether we are the right fit to continue providing service to them.
This structure is in place to protect the experience for everyone, to keep our environment respectful, our processes smooth, our team motivated and respected, and our service delivery consistent.
