Happy Beltane 🔥 where the veil between this world and the otherworld (spirit or fae realm) is thinnest. The veil allows fae folk, spirits, and nature spirits to move more freely
Now that the full moon has risen it is time to post!
Beltane is the direct opposite time of the year from Samhain. Samhain is focused on the darker parts of the year, while Beltane is the time to welcome the light! It is the Gaelic May Day festival, marking the beginning of summer. It is traditionally held on 1 May, or about midway between the spring equinox and summer solstice. It is a fire festival traditionally honoring life, growth, and the sun!
It celebrates high fertility, vibrant fae activity, and a chaotic, creative, "green" magic.
Its is a time to love, be passionate, be creative, to damce, to be in nature. You are open your spirit with willing arms to energy that is absolutely full of life.
Its an extra cool Beltane too landing exactly on a full moon! And a Scorpio one at that! The energy is sure is be absolutely wild.
In honor of the day i ran off into the forests of oregon to go be my fae self! After all the veil is thin and i must party with the fae 🤭.
Also i just like this holiday because its all about flowers, nature, creativity and BEES! And well....im me, those things align with my interests perfectly. And who doesn't love any excuse to go appreciate the beautiful spring foliage.
