What is “Pite”?
It’s a traditional Albanian pastry made from a very thin dough, rolled into a spiral and baked until gets golden. They come with fillings like cheese, spinach, meat, potato and sometimes with pumpkin. At BUKA bakery we usually fill them with spinach and cheese, just like the video above. #bukacph #pite
